For the past 7 years, Mr. Kennedy's experience in the franchise industry has been as a Regional Director for an international sales and marketing company, Coverall NA, specializing in commercial cleaning. Managing regions on the West and East coast, he has successfully started hundreds of people in their own business. Prior to that Mr. Kennedy had over 20 years of management experience in the Hotel Resort Tourism industry, working for companies such as Starwood Sheraton, Marriott, and Seaworld, as well as managing several privately owned establishments in San Diego, CA.
